Referral Criteria:

Aftercare support worker who will:

Aged 18 and over
Must have a history or drug and/or alcohol addiction
Must be completely abstinent from all substances
Must be focussed on recovery and willing to engage in group and 1-1 support
Must be in need of supported housing.
No history of sex offences or Arson.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE 1 MALE SPACE AND 1 FEMALE SPACE's HOWEVER THAT COULD ALL CHANGE IN A DAY SO PLEASE REFER IN AND WE WILL STILL ASSESS PEOPLE.
